KSMOCA Centers for Creative Research
The KSMoCA Centers for Creative Research is a classroom partnership initiative that connects institutional community partners with Dr MLK Jr. School classrooms during the school year. Participating institutions develop a program in partnership with the classroom teacher in order to engage students in their institutional programming. This deep engagement with our community partners allows us to expand our reach within the school by extending the resources of arts institutional partners to the MLK Jr Community. These research centers result in projects and field trips that foster meaningful ways to connect with the arts.
