KSMoCA Retrospective at Portland Children’s Museum

Portland Children's Museum is pleased to announce the opening of a retrospective show by students at King School Museum of Contemporary Art at the Museum. This exhibition will present a survey of highlighted works from a collection, beginning with the earliest project: Postcards From America, a student-curated exhibition of Magnum photographs, and spanning into current projects.

The show will focus on the unique King School Museum of Contemporary Art program, which pairs internationally renowned contemporary artists in collaboration with K-8th grade students. The exhibition is curated by the KSMoCA Student Advisory Board, a select group of K-6 grade students who are making important decisions about the museum this year. They will be traveling to Portland Children's Museum to arrange and install the work.
