Prompt #8: Post-It Feelings

Every 10-15 minutes, write down how you are feeling at that very moment (happy, bored, sad, angry, anxious, etc.) on a 3" x 3" Post-It note. Then on that same Post-It, make a quick drawing of something that represents that feeling. Once you have 24 or more Post-It's completed, arrange them on a wall or table or other surface how you feel - as a grid, cloud, random shape.
