Prompt #4: Flag for an Imagined Place
Design a flag for a place you wish existed. Any type of place — a nation, neighborhood, museum, natural space, world, shop, university, apartment complex, etc. Find a window and hang your flag in support of that place.

Amanda Leigh Evans is an artist, educator, and cultivator seeking a more intimate understanding of our social and ecological interdependence. She and her neighbors are part of The Living School of Art, an intergenerational art collective in an affordable housing apartment complex. Amanda is also a program manager at KSMoCA.
KSMoCA Conceptual Art at Home is a series of art prompts designed for K-8th grade students (ages 4 - 14) but open for anyone to do. Prompts are written by artists who have worked with KSMoCA, and some of our friends.
